In 2014 we were in search for our dream home and with so many builders in the market, we were not sure who we wanted to ultimately go with. We had the opportunity of meeting Lynn at one of the Rohit show home locations on the South side. She was welcoming, friendly and we felt she was really wanted to find the perfect location for our dream home. She was very knowledgeable with the surrounding areas and was able to recommend the two exclusive locations Rohit was projected to build bungalows. We fell in love with the location Lynn recommended and placed a deposit right away.
Through the initial visit to the final possession date, Lynn always took the time to explain or resolve any questions or concerns that were raised. Whether it was during office hours or on her personal time, Lynn was always helpful and wanted to ensure everything was in perfect order. She took the time to thoroughly go through the administrative paper work to ensure we understood everything before signing. We had some construction issues with the deck and some cracks in the foundation during the building phase of the house but Lynn was there to resolve those issues right away. She contacted the sight supervisor and met with us to explain how the issues were going to be resolved.
