Radhe Gupta Selected As Finalist for EY’s Entrepreneur Of The Year

Edmonton, AB – Radhe Gupta, founder and CEO of Rohit Group of Companies, has always been recognized for his spectacular entrepreneurship and innovation in the real estate industry. This summer, the awaited finalists for the Entrepreneur Of The Year in the Prairie Division were announced by EY (a global division and member firm of Ernst & Young) and Radhe Gupta made the list.
The Canadian program of Entrepreneur of the Year has been celebrating entrepreneurship in Canada for over 20 years by selecting finalists based on their vision, leadership, social responsibility, and financial success. Radhe Gupta, who started Rohit Group of Companies almost 30 years ago, easily fits all of these criteria thanks to his visionary direction resulting in the growth of the company, along with his eagerness to give back to the community. Radhe has participated both financially and physically in many charitable initiatives that have included the Royal Alexandra Hospital Foundation, the Seniors Association of Greater Edmonton and Homeward Trust.

Another aspect that sets the Entrepreneur of the Year finalists apart is their impact on the economy. The prairie finalists together provide 7,200 jobs to Canadians, with an average increase in employment of 25% in the past year.
Radhe attributes his success to his team that he has grown and fostered over the years. He maintains the mentality of reciprocity in relationships as he continues to learn from those he works with and vice versa. “I feel quite overwhelmed to be named a finalist for this prestigious business award” says Radhe Gupta. “I’m very proud of the accomplishments of my family, my company and my staff.”
