On Saturday, November 3rd, Rohit Communities participated in the highly anticipated Own Your Own Home Edition Wrap Party presented by Sonic 102.9. The past six weeks saw 128 contestants qualify for one of the craziest radio contests ever…a chance to win a $50,000 down payment on a condo at Rohit’s Infusion development in Ambleside.

The Canadian Home Builders’ Association of Kelowna held its prestigious annual “Tommie” awards on November 20, 2007. The awards recognize excellence in the housing industry of interior British Columbia and newcomer Rohit Communities left its mark!

The Canadian Home Builders Association announced its finalists for the 2007 CHBA National Sales and Marketing Awards (SAMs) on December 5th, 2007. Rohit Communities is thrilled to announce that INFUSION picked up two finalists!

Rohit Communities Kelowna was again honoured among the Okanagan home building industry with a win at the Gold Tommies! RCK picked up the Gold Tommie Award for Excellence in Logo Design Multi-Family for Artisan, the 52 unit apartment comdominium now selling on Highway 33 and Taylor Road. Artisan also picked up a Silver Tommie Award for Excellence in Print Advertising Multi-Family.

The Edmonton Region of the Canadian Home Builders Association (ERHBA) hosted the 2008 Sales and Marketing Awards (SAMs) on Saturday night, March 15th at the Shaw Conference Centre. The gala event is held annually to recognize excellence in Edmonton’s home building industry.

On Friday, May 2nd Rohit Group of Companies hosted over 500 customers, friends and business partners at the bi-annual Customer Appreciation Party. This year Rohit traded in the formal attire for jeans, boots and cowboy hats at a Hootenanny on the land at Callaghan Ravines, Rohit Communities’ newest development in South West Edmonton.
