The Lincoln is an updated version of our award-winning bungalow model. It boasts 1390 square feet of living space on the main floor, plus an optional 819 square feet of developed space on the lower level. The open concept main floor features a kitchen island, walk-in pantry, natural gas fireplace with art niche above, and sliding glass doors opening onto an oversized rear deck. There’s also a cozy office area off the front foyer. Each home comes complete with a double attached garage and 11-foot ceilings.
