Since 2006, Rohit Communities has ventured into British Columbia and has made a significant mark there.
With a variety of awards from the local chapter of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association, Rohit has proven itself in the industry. Offering primary homes and not just vacation destinations, Rohit has become an integral part of Kelowna’s housing initiatives, including affordable housing programs.
In 2009, Rohit expanded into the Columbia Valley with the purchase of the Copper Point Resort.
